Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve wanted to learn how to make fudge. I thought it was the next level of chocolate making… like being a chocolatier with a doctorate. I also thought I would have to study fudge-making for years to perfect it like an art and feed my sweet tooth, as it leads me down a path straight to Type 2 diabetes. I was so wrong, it’s incredible.
Today, I found this great video on YouTube that explains how to make fudge with just two ingredients:
- 300 grams of semi-sweet dark chocolate
- 400 grams of condensed milk
You can probably throw in some walnuts as well to make it even better, but I will eat it even if you don’t. Morbid obesity from a fudge overdose, here I come!
